The manufacturer, brand owner, and/or supplier whose name, trademark, or corporate details appear on the product packaging are solely responsible for the safety, quality, compliance, labelling, age recommendations, and usage warnings of the product. CANDIDER LLP makes no independent warranties regarding product safety and shall not be held liable for any claims arising from product defects, manufacturing errors, or non-compliance with applicable product safety standards.

  • Age Recommendations: Any age labels or recommendations on product listings are guidelines provided by the respective manufacturers. Parents and guardians must exercise their own judgment.

  • Errors and Omissions: In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Reseller Status and Manufacturer Liability

Tinystar is an online reseller platform operated by CANDIDER LLP. We source products from third-party manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers and make them available for purchase to end consumers. We are not the manufacturer, brand owner, or importer of the products sold on our platform unless explicitly stated on the product listing.

4.2 Manufacturer Responsibility

The manufacturer and/or supplier of each product — as identified on the product box, label, or packaging — bears full and exclusive responsibility for:

  • Product design, formulation, and engineering

  • Compliance with applicable Indian and international product safety standards (including BIS and IS certifications where applicable)

  • Accuracy of product labelling, including age suitability, material composition, and usage instructions

  • Any product recalls, defects, or safety hazards associated with the product

4.3 Limitation of Reseller Liability

As a reseller, CANDIDER LLP's liability is strictly limited to:

  • Ensuring the product delivered matches the product listed on our platform

  • Facilitating returns or exchanges in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

  • Connecting you with the manufacturer or brand owner for product-related safety complaints, where reasonably possible

CANDIDER LLP shall not be liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss — direct or indirect — caused by a product defect, unsafe material, manufacturing error, or failure to comply with product safety regulations. All such claims must be directed to the manufacturer or brand owner named on the product packaging.

4.4 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you receive a product that is defective or unsafe, you may contact us at care@tinystar.in and we will reasonably assist you in reaching the appropriate manufacturer or supplier.

5. Account Registration

  • You may create an account on our website to manage orders, track shipments, and save your preferences.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.

6. Ordering and Pricing

Placing an Order

  • All orders placed on www.tinystar.in are subject to acceptance by CANDIDER LLP. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.

Pricing

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Tinystar ships orders across India through Shiprocket Checkout and its associated logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

  • Tinystar is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage to goods caused by third-party logistics providers, though we will reasonably assist in resolving such issues.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns may be initiated within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy, from the date of delivery, for eligible products.

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For product safety complaints or defect-related claims beyond our return window, you must contact the manufacturer or brand owner directly, as identified on the product packaging. CANDIDER LLP, as a reseller, is not responsible for manufacturing defects outside our return policy scope.

  • All content on www.tinystar.in — including but not limited to the Tinystar brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of CANDIDER LLP or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

  • The Tinystar brand name and logo are proprietary to CANDIDER LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any brand assets is strictly prohibited.

  • Product images, trademarks, and brand names of third-party manufacturers displayed on our platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of product identification and resale.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from our website without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Delays or failures in delivery attributable to logistics partners or force majeure events

  • Injury, illness, harm, or damage caused by any product defect, unsafe material, or manufacturing error attributable to the manufacturer or supplier

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
