At Tinystar, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, charges, and related terms. By placing an order on www.tinystar.in, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

All orders are shipped across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its associated courier network.


2. Shipping Charges

We believe great products should reach you without added burden. Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Free shipping thresholds apply to the net order value after discounts and coupon codes are applied.

  • During special sales, festive offers, or promotional campaigns, we may offer free shipping on all orders regardless of order value. Such offers will be clearly communicated on the website and are valid only for the specified period.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order placement, on working days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • During peak sale periods (e.g., festive seasons, flash sales), processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any such delays proactively.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, civil disruptions, or high-volume periods.

  • Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


5. Shipping Partners

Tinystar ships all orders through Shiprocket Checkout and its courier network, which may include partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, XpressBees, DTDC, and others depending on your delivery location and pin code serviceability.

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary and is determined automatically based on delivery location and availability. We do not accommodate requests for specific courier partners.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner name via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link provided in your shipment notification.

  • You may also track your order by logging into your Tinystar account on www.tinystar.in.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.

  • If the delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

  • In the event of a returned shipment due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by you:

    • Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting the original and return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.


8. Unserviceable Pin Codes

  • Delivery is available across most pin codes in India. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our logistics partners.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the checkout stage before payment.

  • We recommend checking pin code availability on our website before placing your order.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please:

    1. Refuse the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged and tampered with.

    2. If accepted, take a clear photograph of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon opening.

    3. Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at care@tinystar.in with your order number and photographs.

  • If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at care@tinystar.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise a formal investigation with our logistics partner and keep you informed.

  • CANDIDER LLP is not liable for transit damages caused by the courier partner. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter on your behalf.


10. Multiple Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and delivered at different times, depending on availability and warehouse location.

  • You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment in such cases.

  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders and pin codes, subject to our payment partner's policies.

  • COD availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.


12. International Shipping

At this time, Tinystar does not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within India. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future and will update this policy accordingly.


13. Force Majeure

Tinystar and CANDIDER LLP shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemic-related disruptions, government-imposed restrictions, strikes, or courier partner failures.
